Here’s an edited text sample from a recently completed project. Page 1 shows the BEFORE text while page 2 shows the AFTER text which also includes the edited comments inserted using track changes. Notice how the BEFORE text contained many words that were completely unnecessary. The AFTER text, by contrast, is a good example of how important clarity is when communicating.
